The Contextures Pivot Power Premium add-in saves you time and effort, when working with Excel pivot tables. There are installation instructions in the User Guide that is packaged with the add-in.
After you install the add-in, a new tab will appear on the Excel Ribbon -- PPP. You can point to any command on the PPP tab, to see a popup description of that command .
On the PPP tab, the pivot table tools are divided into the following categories. Click a category name, to go to that section on this Help page.
Store and apply up to 5 sets of pivot table settings.
Apply number formatting to selected fields, or to all fields in the pivot table .
Apply summary functions to selected fields, or to all fields in the pivot table. Apply Show Values As setting to selected value fields.
Change settings for pivot fields and pivot items, clear old items from the pivot table.
Change pivot table settings, create info lists, build or update pivot tables from field lists.
Clear filters, change filter settings, change cache, list cache information
Change the appearance of the workbook and worksheets.

The Pivot Power Premium creates a Ribbon tab, and is for Excel
2007, and later versions.
NOTE: Windows only -- does not work with Excel for Macintosh.

The Pivot Power Premium kit includes a user guide which explains how the add-in works, and how to install it. The Ribbon also has screen tips to guide you as you work with the add-in.
